That’s where you come in. You will help build the websites that facilitate the attraction of customers and online sales for our valued clients. 

As a WordPress/WooCommerce Ninja, what will you be doing?

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Building conversion-focused websites, landing pages, and online stores
  • Ensuring websites are all up to the highest quality for visitor experience, website management by non-developers, and technical SEO
  • Supporting the team and clients
  • Building WordPress websites with the following tools:
    • Thrive Themes and Thrive Plugins
    • WPMU Plugin Suite
  • Integrating CRMs and Third Parties through plugins or code, if necessary
  • Finding and implementing new WordPress plugins as needed and understanding how they work together with the rest of the website’s ecosystem
  • Integrating proper analytics tools to measure marketing and website performance
  • Participate in marketing meetings with team members

You’ll also be learning about the areas of digital marketing that a successful website will facilitate, including: 

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Principles to convert visitors and build email lists and drive sales
  • Technical SEO for maximum crawlability and accessibility
  • Customer attraction through content publishing, social media, and Search Engine Optimization

Are You Qualified?

  • Good sense of humor and like to have fun
  • Can follow instructions to the T
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of work experience or equivalent
  • Full working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, jQuery
  • WordPress and WooCommerce experience a must
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Professional ability to create and edit graphics for website design
  • Full understanding of the WordPress platform coding and admin
  • Team player who is able to bring ideas to the table and keep open communication with co-workers and managers.
